It seemed like Kenya Moore’s recent eviction scandal would go away quietly after a judge ordered her to vacate the Roswell, GA home she was renting after her former landlord filed a motion to evict “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star. On the day of her move, the drama heated up again as cops were called to the scene.
According to RadarOnline, On the day of Moore’s move from the six-bedroom home, cops arrived at to home to respond to a complaint of suspicious vehicles parked out the front of Moore’s rented home.
However, cops quickly learned that the suspicious vehicles were actually belonged to movers who were expediting Moore’s move.
But the drama didn’t stop there. Just hours after the police fiasco, Moore appeared in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County for one last battle with her former landlord, Conya Weems-Dillon, and her lawyer.
After the case was closed, both women walked out of the courtroom claiming victory.
“Today’s victory proves that celebrities can fight back and not be victimized by people who wish to lie about them and use their name for the sake of publicity,” Moore said.
However, Weems-Dillon had a completely different account of the ruling.
“I am blessed and very relieved she has to vacate my home,” said Weems. “She begged me to lease my home and live a pretend lifestyle she couldn’t afford. She will get hers in the end – no doubt,” she added. Weems-Dillon continued taking jabs at Moore, saying that former Miss USA winner is a miserable person.
“I am disappointed that Kenya hasn’t used her pageant life experience to be more of a model citizen for young girls. It is apparent that she is lonely, bitter and very unhappy.”
And Weems-Dillon isn’t the only one happy that Moore is gone from the neighborhood. Apparently, the reality stars former neighbors are glad as well.
“The quiet Roswell community is ecstatic that Kenya is finally ‘Gone With The Wind’ and dog walkers can finally get back to their jobs without being questioned by paparazzi,” one neighbor said.
