It was reported last week that Nick Gordon’s recent tell-all interview with Dr. Phil took a shocking turn when the troubled star decided to check himself into rehab after it was over. But now it’s been revealed that the reason Gordon checked himself into rehab was because he allegedly had a violent and heated breakdown during the interview.

As previously reported, Gordon went into the interview under the assumption that it would be a tell-all conversation about his relationship with Bobbi Kristina, her near-drowning tragedy, and his feud with Bobby Brown.

However, the interview turned out to be more of an intervention staged by his mother, who allegedly told Dr. Phil that her son has been abusing alcohol and Xanax.

“Your son, left to his own devices, will be dead inside a week,” Dr. Phil told Gordon’s mother.

Gordon’s lawyer allegedly barred him from talking about the events that led up to Bobbi ending up in a coma, and sources claim that Gordon was so inebriated during the interview that he could barely talk and that he had to be carried around on a luggage cart.

However, a clip from the interview shows Gordon being very open and emotional about the loss of Whitney Houston and the tragedy involving his longtime girlfriend.

“I miss Krissi and Whitney so much. I want them back,” Gordon cried.

When asked about his relationship with Brown, Gordon angrily replied, “I hate Bobby Brown.”

According to TMZ, when Gordon realized the interview was really an intervention, he became frustrated and walked out. But as he made his exit, he allegedly punched two of Dr. Phil’s staff members

But the story doesn’t end there. Read what Brown’s sister, Leolah Brown, had to say in an angry Facebook post about Gordon getting an interview with Dr. Phil.
