Jay-Z (Again)
During the same month as his Philadelphia corporate scandal, the New York City District Council of Carpenters protested Jay-Z and his 40/40 club, by erecting giant rats outside of the establishment, complaining that the company Jigga hired to renovate the club, Conelle Construction, did not meet “area labor standards” and was paying workers a “substandard wage.”
