Harlem rapper Azealia Banks has had a string of good luck after releasing the video for her single, “212” on YouTube. She instantly made a fan of actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Chanel’s former creative director, Karl Lagerfeld. Following that, Kanye West flew the multitalented artist to Paris to perform at his after-party, calling her “the future of music.” Banks is now signed to Universal Music Group, and is completing her first full album, Broke with Expensive Taste.
