BET’s Music Matters Showcase brought a ton of great rappers to Terminal West on the first night of the 2012 A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta, GA. As the crowd warmed up for the main event, we had a chance to experience a few other great artists doing their thing. Saint Nick, Skyzoo, Kris Kasanova, The Kid Daytona, Rapsody, and Phil Ade were among the emerging artists to take the stage. Rapper Skyzoo brought out hip hop legend Chi Ali during his set, and Rapsody, who’s signed to 9th Wonder’s label, brought out 9th during hers. Kirko Bangz, the ladies favorite, brought out Trae the Truth as a surprise guest, and Outkasts’ Big Boi were the headlining act for the night.
