With an assist from Pastor Troy, Lil Jon and Archie, Baby D represented the essence of crunk music on “ATL H–.” This is the aggressive side of Atlanta hip-hop that made clubs such as The Bounce, Pool Palace and 559 prominent during the ’90s and early 2000s.
