On Sunday, Jan. 13, New Yorkers participated in the 12th Annual No Pants Subway Ride 2013, organized by Improv Everywhere, a New York City-based collective known for causing scenes of chaos and joy in public places. It caught on in Shanghai, London, Mexico City and other places.
