Diet plan: How to eat gluten-free

Say no to pasta, but yes to potatoes and rice

All pasta is derived from wheat making it a bad choice for a gluten-free diet.  However, potatoes and rice are a great replacement. If you absolutely have to have noodles,  choose a simple rice noodle.
