In 2012 reports surfaced that Kim Zolciak and her family were being evicted from her Roswell, Georgia home. Zolciak’s landlord at the time Kendra Davis had a falling out with the housewife and filed eviction papers against her. When reports came out that she was being evicted, the housewife quickly took to Twitter to clarify that she was simply losing her home and had been making steady payments on the property.
“No honey, not evicted,” said Zolciak. “Lease was up May 31, and we’re trying to extend our lease for 4 months until our house was built, but our a–hole landlords emailed us June 1st and said get out.”
“So we are in the process of moving,” she added. “Eviction means I never paid my rent, which has never happened. We are simply in a holding period and moving out while paying a fine everyday until everything is out! Google Kendra [Davis], she is bat s— crazy mama!”
