In the spirit of the holiday season, the Black McDonald’s Operators Association of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana (BMOA) is encouraging community involvement and fellowship with the 14th annual “Food for the Body & Spirit” Program. On Wednesday, November 20, 2013, BMOA partnered with local churches and shelters to serve a delicious hot breakfast and provided free health services, including free flu shots, and winter wear to Chicagoans in need, families and veterans. The event was held at Apostolic Church of God at 6320 S. Dorchester Ave, Chicago, IL 60637 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and included live musical performances from youth choirs from the metropolitan area.
