Damn, damn, damn Henry Earl! Earl, 64, holds the title of the world’s most arrested man. A native of Lexington, Ky. his first arrest happened when he was 20 for carrying a concealed weapon but most of his arrests are due to public drunkenness. Since that fateful day in 1970, he’s been arrested more than 1,500 times. He’s even earned the nickname James Brown because it’s his alias. Earl spent Thanksgiving in the Fayette County Detention Center and his fans in the city are hoping he’ll be able to go home for Christmas.
