Henry Earl has spent more than 6,000 days in jail. Because he’s a repeat offender, the judges have been less lenient on him. He normally spends a couple days in jail before he’s released. But then he offends again, leading to another arrest for public drunkenness or disorderly conduct. Judges are now ordering him to spend two to three months in jail, which leads many to believe it’s where he’ll spend Christmas.
