The National Black Arts Festival opened its 2014 season in grand style with a sizzling two-set performance by the world-renowned Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and Wynton Marsalis at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta. The show was sold out as soon as tickets went on sale and the audience was not disappointed as the group covered classic jazz standards along with original compositions. Marsalis will be returning to Atlanta to be honored Sept. 6 as the NBAF hosts their annual Legends celebration. Check out more photos in the gallery. –joi pearson @joiapearson
