Today, we learned Bobby Brown has been working on a tell-all book about secrets people didn’t know about the late Whitney Houston and the late Bobbi Kristina is in the works. One thing about Wendy Williams is that she will never bite her tongue. This is why we weren’t surprised to hear Williams say the idea of Brown announcing his tell-all book reflects Brown being at an all time low. Wendy struggled to find the words to describe her disdain for this “less than smart” idea. She called it cheap and low.
According to Williams, Brown’s barbeque sauce business must obviously be struggling and the coins must be drying up for the R&B “Every Little Step” singer to even contemplate writing a tell-all book only three months after burying Bobbi Kristina. A source revealed that Brown finds it very interesting that Williams allegedly has been lapping up his seasonings and sauces for the past month and now she makes a statement saying his business is struggling. Brown was floored by Williams’ comments and claims, “his businesses are a part of how he earns a living, the same way she choose to host a talk show to earn a living.”
Williams lamented that a Nick Gordon story releasing confidential matters in regards to Bobbi Kristina and Houston may be a tad more juicy than anything Brown could pen. Calling Brown’s work a “less than accurate tell all book.”
Williams doesn’t feel Brown would tell us “the whole truth and nothing but the truth.” Everyone knows Brown wasn’t around Bobbi Kristina consistently when Houston was alive, which would leave eyebrows raised as to how he could really know the inside scoop when the family (Houston’s family and Bobbi Kristina) spent so much time shunning Brown.
Also, how will the book end? Since Bobbi Kristina’s death is unsolved and likely won’t be solved by June when the book titled My Prerogative is set to release. With Brown and Gordon not being on speaking terms, how would Brown be able to write about the latter part of Bobbi Kristina’s life after Houston passed away?
Williams made a good point when she suggested that Brown should focus on ensuring the old reality TV show clips of “Bobby & Whitney” air on Bravo. Viewers would probably tune in due to the mysteriousness of both deaths of Bobbi Kristina and Houston; the audience would pay close attention, looking for signs of turmoil they overlooked, enemies and signs of unhappiness that may have led to depression and a desire to end it all.
I think Williams may be on to something. In regards to Brown’s barbecue sauce, the last conversation rolling out had with Brown earlier this year, Brown claimed the orders for the sauce were backed up and the sauce was doing well. Perhaps that was a summertime approach and as winter approaches, it’s possible sales could be decreasing. Maybe it’s too soon for a tell-all book. Maybe Brown should give the barbecue sauce a winter flavor, help Bobby Brown, Jr with his music career and/or re-consider joining the New Edition biopic that Lifetime is planning on shooting with the fellas. Don’t be cruel.
