9th Wonder was in Chicago recently to celebrate the birthday of WGCI’s  radio personality Kyle Santillian. The Promontory was packed with lovers of old school hip hop. 9th is the creator of the true school movement, so this was right up his alley.

We asked one of the party goers, Tekisha Matthews, what she thought of the event. “Me and my girls had so much fun last night. The music took me back down memory lane. I came in looking like a cute nerd, and left looking like I performed a two-hour concert. Super sweaty, loud singing, old school dance moves, that’s when you know the ’90’s party was everything.”

The birthday boy, Kyle Santillian, had this to say, “This party was Amazing! I had the best time party with my people of Chicago!”

Take a look at a few pictures from the party below.
