Pop culture is aware that one member of the Grammy-nominated and platinum rap group Migos has already walked down the aisle, as Offset did when he “wifed up” Cardi B.
Quavo, 28, could be the second of the popular rap trio to get hitched, according to very suggestive language coming from the rapper’s own lips.
While attending his sister’s wedding on Saturday, Quavo, born Quavious Keyate Marshall in Atlanta, and his girlfriend Saweetie, pulled off a rare double at a wedding reception party: Saweetie caught the bouquet, and then Quavo ended up getting his hands on the garter.
To most traditionalists, that usually signifies that the couple will definitely get married next, and the loving couple seemed to be excited that this is being insinuated.
In fact, Quavo shows off a video of his longtime girlfriend catching the bouquet to his Instagram story with the caption, “She Got It.” Quavo then shared a IG Live video of him putting the garter on Saweetie (which has now been automatically been deleted) after dancing in celebration.
Furthermore, Quavo posted on the video, “G U E S S W E N E X T,” suggesting that he is ready to make that move.
Quavo might as well go ahead and put a ring on it while his life is on an uninterrupted upward trajectory. As he shows off below, Quavo scored another rarity: a music single that sells 10M copies and is certified “diamond” by the Recording Industry Association of America.
