The two women who have famously been living with sinking soul singer R. Kelly in his posh Trump Towers apartment in Chicago were reportedly set up with a nice bank account. But now they’ve been cut off from the coins after the “Bump N’ Grind” crooner was arrested and placed in federal custody.

Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage were able to save up a good sum of money, according to TMZ, because they lived with Kelly for free and he still paid them as assistants who handled some of his affairs.

The two women also do not have to worry about a place to stay for awhile because their rent has been paid up through the end of the year — TMZ states —countering reports that they were evicted after Kelly’s arrest by the feds on Thursday, July 11, 2019.

The problem is they no longer have access to the money after Kelly was federally indicted for sex crimes that include allegedly having sex with underage girls and violation of the Mann Act.

Gloria Schmidt told TMZ that the staffer that normally gives Clary and Savage a cash stipend, has gone missing since Kelly’s arrest and has not been seen or heard from since.
