I would suggest they be proactive and prescriptive about what type of diverse talent they are looking for and willing to accept on their teams [and be] inclusive of ethnic and gender diversity, cultural interests and passions, etc. The diversity on their teams should at least be representative of the diverse target that the brand is trying to attract [and], ideally, even more diverse.
