What did your friends say about your idea of designing a new product or collection for the market?
Initially, I didn’t tell anyone because I don’t believe in letting anyone project anything on me that defies what God has put inside of me. Outside voices can be distractions. I’m careful about who I let pour into me regarding my personal vision. I wanted to do luxury pieces and I could imagine what they were going to say or think about that.
How do you want to impact the culture with your creativity and designs?
By staying innovative and hopefully inspiring someone else to think outside of the box.
