What do you consider your superpower to be?

My superpower is my ability to begin with the end in mind by defining clear measures for success … and execution.

What key skills or qualities make you unique as an African American female leader?

My ability to hyper-focus on solutions instead of the problem makes me unique as an African American leader. I show up 100 percent every day and can organically multi-task several projects flawlessly at one time.

More Black women need to reach back and help younger women of color because they are our future. The way we inspire, teach and develop them can fundamentally and psychologically re-train them to think as a leader which will allow them to reach for greatness.
