Brown Debuts New Video
With the June 5 release date for his new album rapidly approaching, Bobby Brown has released a new music video. As previously reported Brown’s been promoting his single ‘Don’t Let Me Die’ which was released shortly after the death of his ex-wife Whitney Houston. Despite the timing however, the singer contends that the track is actually for his fiancée Alicia Etheredge.
With that in mind, viewers shouldn’t be surprised to see Etheredge in the video as Brown’s love interest. The video tells the story of trouble in paradise while the pair vacation at a tropical location. “I was hands on with the concept of this video and I am looking forward to having my fans see it,” said Brown about the video. “My brother-in law and I had a great time shooting in Jamaica.”
‘Don’t Let Me Die’ should be the first of many videos from Brown, who’s set to release his first album in 14 years titled The Masterpiece.
Brown will perform the track Monday May 28 as part of the “TODAY” show concert series. Following that he will stop by 106 and Park Tuesday in support of the single.
