This YouTube comedy series, created by series star Issa Rae and featuring a diverse cast of minority actors, has become a viral hit over the past year. Since its debut in February of 2011, the show has produced 11 episodes, each garnering hundred of thousands of viewers. Rae has been interviewed by CNN, the Associated Press and other media outlets about the show’s surprise Web success.
