The former Bad Boy superstar shocked the hip-hop world when he announced in 1999 that he was abandoning his music just as his sophomore album, Double Up, was to be released. He subsequently became pastor of a church in Atlanta. Over the years, he’s made a few half-baked attempts to re-launch his rap career.
