Eat Green
Eating green is basically following a vegan lifestyle. Most people think vegans only eat organic fruits and veggies all day. However, there are many food options available with a vegan lifestyle. In addition to fruits and vegetables, vegans eat beans and tofu along with other protein replacements. Nuts,grains and fats such as olive oil and coconut oil also play a major role in the vegan lifestyle.
Vegans do not eat any type of meats, dairy, alcohol, sugars or artificial sweeteners.
