Rolling out got a chance to catch up with both Keith Sweat and Rob Bass after their performances.  Check out their future plans here. –christian johnson

How does it feel to be back on the stage again?

I wasn’t supposed to perform but I just felt like I wanted to go on stage and bless the crowd. They’ve been blessing me for many years. I went out there, did my thing, didn’t get paid to do it; I just wanted to show some love.

What projects are you working at the moment?

I have a dating site ‘”truelovemeets.com.” I’m syndicated on the radio in 57 markets. I’ve also been traveling a lot and working on a new album.

How have you been keeping busy?

I’m on the road with the Legends of Hip Hop Tour along with a lot of other tours, just staying busy.

What’s your take on hip-hop as far as where it is now? Did you think it would still be around this long?

I thought it would definitely still  be around. Hip-hop now is a different era in a different time. It’s all the same though, just more money.
