Eva Marcille granted full custody of her daughter
A “Top Model” is confirming reports that she’s been granted full custody of her daughter. Eva Marcille, who recently welcomed baby Marley Rae McCall with singer Kevin McCall, has been granted full custody of the tot after taking out a restraining order on her beau.
As previously reported, Marcille filed a restraining order after a March 28 incident where McCall kicked down doors in their home and tried to snatch their baby. Shortly thereafter, they seemed to be on the mend, as the model posted a photo of them looking like a happy family.
According to TMZ who spoke with a rep for Marcille, in addition to being granted the order that bans McCall from coming within 100 yards, she’s been given full custody of their daughter. McCall will not be given visitation of the child and the two parents will face off in court next month.
“It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself,” said her rep in a statement.
