Lisa Nichols, one of the nation’s most requested motivational speakers and life coaches, conducted a daylong seminar in Chicago over the weekend designed to assist people with bringing abundance into their lives. Nichols is on a mission to change the status quo and reprogram the world’s beliefs around prosperity. The event sponsored by Shuntella Richardson was held at Christ Universal Temple and had almost 400 people in attendance.

Nichols went from being a struggling single mom on public assistance to a millionaire entrepreneur, media personality, best-selling author, and corporate CEO whose global platform has reached and served nearly 30 million people. She has been seen on “Oprah” and the “Steve Harvey Show” and is best known from her appearance in the movie The Secret, which introduced the world to the law of attraction. She travels the world to share her knowledge and empower people to live their best lives.

Nichols opened the workshop by telling attendees that “I am here to interrupt your current behavior. I am a motivational speaker because people like to hear me speak. But more than anything I am a coach.”

Attendees not only had the opportunity to gain wisdom from Nichols, they engaged in interactive activities that allowed them to identify and reprogram areas that may be preventing them from living a life of abundance. Nichols shared that “abundance is a 360 experience. Abundance covers your finances, your wealth, and your relationships.”  She asked participants to be “wildly committed to being radical in 2016 and to find out what being unapologetic looks like.”

Participants were given a copy of Nichols’ new book, Abundance Now, and the event ended with a book signing. Go to motivatingthemasses.com to find out when Nichols will be in your city. Check out more photos below.
