Just a couple days ago the couple appeared in an intense workout video, writing, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results,” wrote Sparks. “I love to change up my workouts. There are times when I focus on a core group and others I’ll do a full body workout. Some workouts are outside, some are classes, some calisthenics, some HIIT, some are just going to the gym. Personally, I get bored if I don’t switch it up. Oh, and having an excellent workout partner to keep you accountable and motivated doesn’t hurt! ?”
