One of the lightning rods of the hit reality TV show “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” is not returning for the upcoming season. Oddly enough, this particular personality doesn’t need the show to make headlines.
Detroit-born and bred singer-turned-reality star Teairra Mari, will reportedly not return for LHHH’s upcoming season, theJasmineBrand.com reports.
Sources affiliated with the hit VH1 show said the crew has already begun taping for the next round, er uh, season of filming and Marie is nowhere to be found. And she may want it that way.
There is a strong chance that the inflammable femme fatale will not be seen for the entire season, and she has not been cast on the show so far.
Neither Marie nor VH1 has indicated to the media whether or not they disinvited the temperamental temptress, or if she is taking a much-needed reprieve from the drama that has swirled about her since she debuted during LHHH’s first season.
Keep in mind, as TJB reminds us, that she did star as a “friend” of LHHH’s sister show, “Love & Hip Hop: New York” way back in 2011–2012. So the Motown music maven may have other options to pursue that have not been unveiled yet.
Beside, Teairra, 31, manages to fire up the national headlines independent of the show LHHH. As she discusses in this VH1 clip below, her frequent foibles and gaffes have turned into fodder for a ravenous media and public that is gluttonous for her brand of celebrity scandal, which has included court cases, fights, boyfriend breakups and alcohol rehab.
Most significantly, and most humiliating to Marie, was the revenge porn case where her former boyfriend allegedly leaked graphic video of her engaging in sex acts. When Marie sued 50 Cent for allegedly posting the sex tape, she lost the case and now owes the famously petty rapper $30K.

Marie has shown that 50 did not break her after he trolled her mercilessly, demanding she pays up in full immediately. In fact, Marie has produced some hilarious skits firing back at Curtis Jackson’s petulance. She even produced a catchy tune “I Ain’t Got It” that is inspired by Fifty’s relentless pursuit of his money from Marie. Check it out below:
