It’s hard to be transparent because of the fear of being judged. How can someone overcome that fear?

Understanding that there are people out there waiting for someone to share exactly what’s on their heart because they need the validation you can give. People who are judging you are merely reflecting and projecting their insecurities onto you. Your sharing is for you. For those who don’t understand, it’s OK. Your healing process starts with you and no one else.

What valuable life lessons have you learned from your mistakes, personally and professionally?

When you get that idea in your heart to move on something, do it. Don’t delay it or run from it because, ultimately, you’re wasting time. Listen to that inner voice. The first time is paramount to keeping you out of unnecessary cycles that are avoidable. We always know what to do; it’s just a matter of trusting ourselves and listening without doubting.

How do you manage stress?

Painting, skating and meditating are my biggest stress relievers.

I'm that woman that has failed more times than she cares to count, but consciously decided to say what the he--; let me try it AGAIN! I proudly proclaim that I’m 40 something and a happily married woman (I’m not bragging but I’m on my third marriage) with three beautiful children. I can scream from the mountaintop that I finally got it RIGHT! I’ve kissed quite a few frogs to get to my Prince Charming. I plan on discussing all topics, the good-the bad and the ugly related to navigating through life’s obstacles and road blocks into building and keeping successful relationships while trying to maintain your sanity. No taboo topics here.
