Who is included in your mastermind group?
Several mentors. One is not enough. They serve different purposes and may even be for different times in your life.
My spouse. He is very supportive.
My immediate family. We have a family business, and we rely on each other constantly.
My girlfriends. They all operate in different industries and can provide amazing perspective that always helps guide me during difficult decisions.
My staff. They are the greatest asset in my business and are the guiding force behind most of my business decisions.
What is your diet and exercise regimen?
I love sweets and have to use incredible willpower to manage my daily “sweets” desire. Some days are better than others, so I try to double down on the weaker days and work out a little harder or make sure to drink more water. I have breakfast every day because I recognize the importance of starting my day strong. Usually, it is a fruit smoothie and apple. I work out four to five times a week with a combination of treadmill, bike and strength exercises.
What is one of the most sacred places that you like to travel to to find peace?
Pre-COVID, I would have listed any number of beaches. Post-COVID, I travel to my treadmill or bike. I am able to release any pent-up stress and clear my mind. It is time that is only for me, and for that hour, I try not to allow any external interruptions.
