How important is keeping your word?
Being man [or] woman of your word is important because your name will go further than you will ever go. Honor your commitments, and do not make a promise or guarantee if you know you will not be able to deliver.
Share one of your fondest memories you’ve experienced with your grandfather.
My fondest memory is going to the hardware store with my grandfather (John E. Williams Sr.) to pick up a part for something we would be fixing. We would have great conversations and he would explain to me that everything had a name and should be called by its proper name. So, he would ask me to pass him a Phillips-head screwdriver or a flat head screwdriver. He also would use tools as a metaphor, saying, “You can not use the hammer for every job, sometimes you have to use the file.” Which meant that you don’t always have to use force, sometimes it requires finesse.
