Details Emerge in Sheree Whitfield's Alleged Firing: 6 Other Stars in Her Shoes

The media was abuzz last week when rumors spread that “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield had been fired from the show. And now rumors are emerging that Whitfield’s alleged firing may have been over money.

According to S2S magazine, sources claim that Whitfield asked producers of the hit Bravo show for a higher salary, something comparable to her sometimes rival NeNe Leakes, who reportedly earns $750,000 per season.

Well, producers allegedly weren’t too keen on the idea and decided to ax Whitfield, causing the reality show star to cry and beg for her job back.

“If she’s dropped … she’s in a f—ed up place right now,” said the source, who couldn’t definitively confirm whether Sheree was axed or not.

“The way Bravo operates is that they don’t tell you [anything]. So, I don’t know. I heard people talking about it, but until one of the producers tells me, I don’t know it for a fact,” said the insider.

This season of “RHOA,” Whitfield has been seen playing BFF to recently married Kim Zolciak while stirring up trouble with the Talls (Marlo Hampton, NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey) and even getting into catfights with fellow Smalls member Kandi Burruss.

However, Whitfield’s drama may not have been enough to keep her on the show and if the rumors of her firing are true, the insider claims that Whitfield’s troubles are about to magnify.

“Once it’s over, you gotta have money coming in,” said the source. “She had four years to be on [‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’]. She couldn’t come up with something? She didn’t put no money away?”
