Blue Ivy seen in New York City
After being photographed playing with her mother in a Brooklyn park, Blue Ivy has been spotted again in the city. The 17-month-old was recently seen being carried by Beyoncé into a New York City building. On the way out however, Blue was spoted by an unidentified woman presumed to be her nanny.
Dressed in a neon green dress and gold sandals, the tot looked confused as paparazzi snapped photos of her.
Prior to her latest sighting, Blue was a hot topic of discussion at her parents’ star-studded 40/40 club anniversary party. Eyewitnesses say Beyoncé showed off pictures of her tot to the likes of Fabolous, Tiny and T.I.
