Beyoncé  brings her Mrs. Carter world tour to NOLA to close out  2013 Essence Music Festival. But this is not the first time Blue Ivy’s mother performed in NOLA this year.  Do you remember a small event by the name of Super Bowl? Beyonce’s Super Bowl halftime show only drew an average of 104 million viewers.

New Orleans has to be one of the luckiest cities in the world this side of the Mason-Dixon Line .
