Stevie J has been in a gargantuan amount of trouble with one of his baby’s mama after being arrested for an alleged $1 million debt over missing child support payments. But now it seems like his trouble is spreading to “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” creator Mona Scott-Young, who has now been accused of lying to protect Stevie.

According to RhymesWithSnitch.com, Scott-Young allegedly posted Stevie’s $25,000 bail shortly after he was arrested in Georgia last week. However, sources say that Scott-Young’s act of kindness may have backfired on her because Project Child Support has now grown suspicious of her relationship with Stevie.

According to the report, Scott-Young along with several other people and organizations associated with Stevie and the show were subpoenaed by Project Child Support in regards to Stevie’s child support debt. When subpoenaed, Scott-Young claimed that neither she nor her production company, Monami Entertainment have employed or contracted Stevie J for any reason.

Understandably, Project Child Support doesn’t believe Scott-Young’s claim and they’re now accusing her of lying to protect Stevie from any legal ramifications in his child support case.

“I don’t understand how an executive producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production,” a rep for Project Child Support said in statement.

“This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime,” the rep continued. “We are going to cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

Earlier this year, Scott-Young was accused of helping Stevie stay out of trouble when he was accused of attacking Joseline Hernandez and Scott-Young denied having any knowledge that their relationship is abusive.

The story is still developing but we also wonder how Scott-Young could claim to not have any business relationship with Stevie when he clearly appears on her show. – nicholas robinson
