All eyes have been on Nick Gordon for weeks now as he’s not only a major suspect in the murder investigation of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death, but he’s also facing a $40 million lawsuit from Brown’s estate over accusations of theft and abuse. Now, more details have emerged about the lawsuit and the claim from the estate that Gordon may have poisoned Brown.
As previously reported, Brown’s estate filed a $40 million lawsuit against Gordon, claiming that he stole money from her and gave her a “toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious” before he allegedly “put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”
According to TMZ, Brown’s estate recently filed new documents with new claims about the night Brown nearly drowned. Her estate claims that Brown and Gordon got into a violent fight and that instead of giving her a toxic cocktail, he injected her with the toxic mixture and then placed her face down in the bathtub.
However, Gordon’s lawyers are claiming that the Brown estate is, once again, just trying to falsely paint him as a murderer. They’re also claiming that though the autopsy on Brown has been completed, neither side has seen the results because it’s been sealed.
As of right now, there’s no hard evidence that the Brown estate’s accusations are true and the criminal investigation of Brown’s death is still ongoing.
