As a leader, I provide opportunities for growth, lay out clear objectives, ensure that the proper tools are provided for success, and act as a sounding board for those who need assistance.

Teamwork is important because it builds diversity, increases productivity, and strengthens skillsets.

Which social media platforms do you engage in the most?

I am an avid user of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

What professional achievement are you most proud of?

I am proud of my recognition as Best In City Entrepreneur of the Year by Austin Monthly Magazine and winner of the 2016 Austin Inno #50onFire for innovation in Marketing and Advertising.

In your opinion, what is the key to success?

The key to success is to never fear failure and to never stop learning.

Name a female business leader who inspires you.

While there are many whom I admire and inspire me daily, the female business leader who inspires me the most is my mother. Although she is no longer here on Earth, her words continue to encourage me.

What is a quote or mantra that motivates you?

“Good, better, best. Never will I rest. Until my good is better and my better is best.”

What does being a BOSS mean to you?

A boss is a highly successful individual who believes in pouring into future leaders and lending her resources to build a better community.
