‘Rolling out’ celebrates the Top 25 Women of Atlanta (photos)

“Oh, what a night”

The refrain from this Dells classic swam around in my head as I exited midtown Atlanta’s Twelve Hotel on an unseasonably warm October night. What had I just experienced? Well, for starters, I had just come face to face with some of Atlanta’s most prominent women.

Twenty-five of them to be exact.

They had all gathered together to be honored at rolling out’s annual Top 25 Women of Atlanta celebration. But after an evening of pomp and circumstance, mixed with the sultry sounds of a bad-ass jazz band and specialty drinks courtesy of Grey Goose, it felt like so much more.

These weren’t just prominent women of Atlanta. Instead, they were shining examples of all that’s right within the community … both Atlanta and beyond.

Oh, what a night indeed.
